![]() February 22nd is etched into the memories of all Cantabrians as the day the massive earthquake struck Christchurch killing nearly 200 people and maiming and traumatising so many. 12.51pm is a time we will never forget where we were, who we were with and what we saw. Our love and thoughts go out to all those who, 3 years ago today, lost their loved ones, family and colleagues. To those who have been disabled, mentally stressed and lost their homes and livelihoods, our love is reaching out to you today as well. We have learned many things. The human spirit is an amazing experience to see in others and we will always be grateful to those who risked their lives to continue rescues in extraordinarily scary situations. Thousands of shocks later we have learned to be more prepared, to love those who come into our lives daily and to make the most of every day. Kia Kaha Christchurch, Stay Strong.
