Marg Hamilton feels lucky to live in the heart of Central Otago in the South Island of New Zealand. She has always loved the light, land shapes and patterns. Over time, she has developed a clean, graphic representation of her Turangawaewae .
Layering reflects the elements of the landscape, with designs incorporated to reference early settlement. After retiring from many happy years teaching art, she now has the luxury of time to paint.
